Aileen's shepherd's hut was superb. Really cosy and welcoming, with a lovely little kitchen and bathroom. The bed was particularly comfortable, which made for a very sound night's sleep. The location is brilliant - just a short drive from Perth, but also far enough out of town to enjoy miles of unspoiled views over the farmland and hills. The hut feels very private, with its own quiet courtyard overlooking the padocks. Easy to find, thanks to the excellent signage, and plenty of space to park. Aileen pulled out all the stops to accommodate us at the last minute, and gave us a very warm welcome. Our stay couldn't have been better!

What a glorious stay we had at Aileen’s shepherd’s hut! Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. The hut was well laid out for a small space, everything you could ever need for a kitchen was provided (including foil and cling film!), the shower was hot and powerful and the entire place was spotless. The bed was sumptuously comfortable so much so that I had to ask Aileen about the brand so we can buy one for our own house. The views were to die for, it was peaceful and quiet and the occasional visit from Aileen’s dogs was delightful. We will most definitely be back and will recommend the accommodation to our friends. Thank you Aileen and George! xx

This place is as stunning as the photos! It is exactly as pictured. So peaceful and quiet. An ideal get away. The hut was cosy and warm and had everything you would need. Being able to wake up and see that view each morning was incredible

Lovely peaceful spot to stay with easy access (by car) into Perth. The views are fantastic and the property is clean and well equipped.
