We were left in a very bad situation when the host of another property we booked in Biarritz did not forward us the access code to the property By 6.00pm we realised we had to find another place to stay Being August all the hotels were booked but we found this property on Airbnb. We had driven for 8 hours and were hot and bothered but Sophie was amazing she met us at the property within 20 mins and could not have been more helpful, the perfect host The real bonus was the apartment was better than the one we had booked where the host let us down. It was spotless with a double height kitchen and living area. There was secure parking in a courtyard garden area behind an electronically controlled gate . Once we arrived we didn’t need the car as It was an easy walk into the centre of Biarritz. It was very hot so the air conditioning was a real bonus. We will definitely return

This house was really lovely and perfect for a family and friends! We loved the outdoor space and it was designed nicely and very modern. The only issue was that it really isn't convenient or as close as advertised to the main area of Biarritz. It's a good 20 minute walk (longer with little kids) and not close to many restaurants or the beaches. This is compounded because getting taxis and Ubers are impossible during busy season, which made it feel isolated. I'd recommend having a car for sure if you rent this property or be prepared for multiple long walks into town daily. Would have been fantastic to have included beach towels, a small cooler and beach chairs as they can't be rented in Biarritz. What was there (a boogie board and some beach toys) was really great to have available. Good communication and good value. Would stay again!

muy buen alojamiento, ideal para familias numerosas. buena ubicación. muy buena calidad de servicios dentro del alojamiento. electrodomésticos, agua, toallas, de todo, excelente. necesitarían agregar Inglés o español para comunicarse.
