The location is the absolute best part of this home; you are surrounded by beautiful architecture and nature. The neighborhood is really peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly. The hosts were always quick to respond and we had no issues with the home. The fact that they allowed our dog for our two-month stay was a huge plus. My only concern was that the house was overly-cluttered (closets with owner's storage, junk drawers with owner's knick knacks, etc.) and that made it feel as if it wasn't very clean. But we would stay again just for the wonderful location.

Wonderful historic location, walkable to coffee, restaurants & downtown. A very cute & spotlessly clean home. Host was quickly responsive. Wish it was my property as it is so charming & adorable!!

We have stayed in this house every March for years. We always enjoy the house, the neighbors, the community, the town--everything. The owners have always made us feel welcome. I did not give all of the questions 4 stars because this owner has furnished the house with well used antiques which sometimes need repairs. We almost always do those on our own--sisnce we feel so at home here.

Wonderful stay in this charming home! Location couldn’t be beat - very walkable to downtown shopping/restaurant area and right in the center of historic homes. We felt right at home. Lots to explore around Beaufort. Loved the history and the friendly people. Would highly recommend this rental. We plan to return!

Cottage was great for our needs. Set in a beautiful neighborhood with good neighbors and very walkable. Had all the comforts of home, would recommend it.
