Lovely flat and good location - very clean and helpful communication. The front bedroom was quite noisy until midnight but it didn’t bother us too much Shops around - be ideal to have a few basic bits in but overall very good

This is a very spacious 2 bed/2bath apartment in the center of Barcelona. Closely located to the train, with a beautiful view of the Passeig de Gràcia from the balcony. It was very clean. The living room has a sleeper sofa to fit 2 more guests (total of 6). Quiet at night and big windows if you want to feel some fresh air come in. The elevator is convenient for suitcases but honestly going up the stairs is easy, only one floor. We got two key cards which was fantastic. You have to pay a fee of around 6 euros per person per night once you arrive. We did have to wait a few minutes to be checked in but the lady that checked us in was so kind and gave us really good recommendations for restaurants nearby. A/C worked well, water pressure 10/10, it has a laundry room with a nice washer, excellent wifi, dishwasher, spacious fridge/freezer. If you're planing to cook, the kitchen is excellent and dining room table made us feel right at home. I would love to stay here again. Check out was easy.

Overall we had a good experience. But I need to point out that the dryer is not functional, so we only used the washer for the first night, and spent 3 hours trying to figure out why the clothes was not being dried. Then we were told the dryer was broken (the second day around noon). Since the dryer was not fixed until we left, it was very inconvenient for us.
