I recently stayed at this Airbnb for 7 days, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The price was incredibly reasonable for the quality of accommodation provided.I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

It was advertised as a "beautiful bedroom for rent", yet it felt like living in a dirty dorm. - Place has roaches and ants, - Lots of house rules are posted in the apartment, but not online. Other guests don't follow them. When you message host, he ignores it - Quiet hours are from 10pm, but guest in another room likes making popcorn at 4am, watch movies and loudly speak on a phone for hours. - Hair in the bathroom and shower all over and all the time - halfway broken microwave, minimum of utensils - You need to bring your own detergent and can use washing machine once if you stay for 5 days at least - very simple, uncomfortable bed with low quality mattress. Steel bed frame has screws sticking out against which i cut myself twice. - Other guest brought in his girlfriend who stayed overnight even though house rules state "strictly no visitors". - Host ignores complaints and didn't address reported issues.

Place was good for a quick one night stay and for the price it was all I can really ask for. Cons - Room 6 smelled as if it was smoked in. The old hotel carpet smell. - Microwave didn't work unless you held the door up. Pros - The room was clean and well lit - Bathroom was clean and hygienic. - They had a full kitchen and washing machine. - Checking in was very easy even after the specified hours. - Other guests were very quiet all night. - Individual rooms had lock and key.

Lovely place, within walking distance to restaurants, Walmart and bus stop. clean and tidy, all the amenities you’ll need and more, quite and private.
