Countryside by the sea, or the other way round! Our flat has everything needed to spend some quiet time by the north coast of Albania and to have some quiet time. You will benefit from a wide space inside with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the 36M2 living space. You will have Internet access too. The kitchen has all the needed appliances (oven, microwave oven, gaz cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer). The rooms are 14 m2. One with a master bedroom (160x200cm bed) and 1 with two single beds. We can provide you with two more mattresses on the floor if needed.   The bathroom is shared. You will have access to a washing machine if you need. Just let us now. You will enjoy a 20m2 private balcony and you can of course use the space at the front but be aware that we don’t have a garden as such for the moment since the apartments are new and we need some time to grow trees and grass but we are pretty sure one will enjoy the value of the stay. The beach is only a 10 min walk and if you don’t want to walk, you can even go with your car as there is a car park nearby. We have a sunshade for you but you can always rent sun loungers directly on the beach during the summer season.  You should have look at the picture so you know what to expect! We don’t want anybody disappointed and we believe they show what you get. Some power cuts may happen as the area is still not very developped but less likely to happen during the summer. They're usually short and sorted quickly. There are two restaurants nearby and a local grocery (2min walk) and a bigger shop 2 min away (driving) . We talk English, Albanian, French and Italian. Don’t hesitate if you need additional information. :)

Wer es ländlich und ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig. Hier ist man abseits vom Lärm und Umtrieb. Abschalten von der Hektik. Ein Auto ist hier notwendig. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in max. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso ein kleiner Einkaufsladen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist groß und geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alma hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert.

Ich weiß gar nicht so richtig wie ich anfangen soll. Alma ist mehr als nur eine freundliche Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Egal worum es geht sie hilft einem bei allem. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und extrem ruhig gelegen. Es gibt ein paar Läden in der direkten Umgebung, schöne Strandabschnitte und ein paar gute Lokale zum Essen. Dennoch wäre es sehr ratsam wenn man ein Auto hat. Es laufen hier in der Natur tagtäglich sehr viele Tiere herum (Schafe, Ziegen, Kühe, Pferde, Schweine, Katzen, Hunde, Schildkröten, Eidechsen, Frösche) jedoch keine die verwahrlost aussehen. Alles in allem mehr als zufrieden. ☺

Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Darstellung im Internet. Sie ist sehr funktionell und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort „zu Hause“ gefühlt! Alles ist sehr sauber! Die Gastgeber sind mehr als gastfreundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Sobald wir Hilfe brauchten, wurde umgehend eine Lösung gefunden. Sehr angenehm! Wir haben Tipps (Ausflüge, Restaurants, Einkaufen) erhalten, die den Aufenthalt erleichtert haben. Das Haus liegt inmitten der Natur, sehr ruhig (keine Autogeräusche!) , trotzdem gut erreichbar. Zum Strand (nicht überfüllt wie vielerorts!) sind es fussläufig ca. 10 Minuten. Kleine Shops für das Nötigste sind in der Nähe. Einfach eine Ruheoase zum Erholen, Abschalten und Genießen!! Extrem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. WIR KOMMEN GERNE WIEDER und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter!

Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de ce logement super fonctionnel, rien ne manque! Le logement est au calme, le plage est à 5 mn à pied. Hôtes plus que serviables et très réactifs, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dès que l'occasion se représentera 😁
