Kaila’s home was wonderful! The space was exactly as described and situated in an easy place to get to the necessary Norman places. Her communication and hospitality was wonderful!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We definitely recommend..Convenient location, immaculate inside, comfortable beds, all the amenities needed. House is located just down the street from the Sooner Mall, numerous restaurants, Sam’s, 35 and about 10 minutes from the University. And we can’t say enough nice things about the hosts. :). Kaila reached out multiple times to make sure our checkin and stay were going smoothly. Detailed check in and checkout instructions, restaurant and attraction recommendations and the ability to use the garage if needed, which is rare. We felt comfortable and welcome in their beautifully decorated home.

The stay was ok until we had to do a load of clothes I have never had to make one load of clothes into 5 separate piles of clothes just to get them all dry nor have I ever had to wait 5 hours for clothes to dry. We were told we would receive a 10% discount from our stay but it wasn't disclosed that it would be ONLY from the owners fee instead of from our total stay. We were not given the entire 10% as they ended up switching it to less than 10% at the end. With a family of 4 the refund that we received would not have even compensated a meal for all of us nor the time we spent trying to figure out their issues with their appliances especially when we are paying almost $500 for a 2 night stay. It's very unfortunate as they tried to make it our issue that their appliances are inoperable. It's not the guest fault to figure out issues with appliances nor the fees charged for the home they choose to put on Airbnb nor the taxes and fees they charge for you to place your home for booking.

Really nice, warm, quiet place. Great location close to restaurants, Loves Field and a wonderful Donut place 3-4 minutes away. Loved the towels….appreciate the snack and food items as well as the coffee items left for us. Owners were awesome! Would definitely stay here again!
