The appartment is beautiful (as on the pictures), it was clean and the view is great. Many items were new. A bus-stop and the railway station are in walking distance, which is quite useful to move along the coast. On the pictures one cannot see the main road, which is directly in front of the house. The road and the railway line can be quite noisy. It was difficult to park in the garage, when other cars were already parked there. We would not recommend it for large cars. We countered three problems: 1. Missing items, such as essential cleaning material, bedlinen (duvet covers) and some kitchen items. We reported this on the second day of our stay and later again. There was no reaction from the host. 2. Problems with the WiFi-connection. Two days after reporting this, the host replaced the router and the problem was solved. 3. The dishwasher (already quite old) got broken in the middle of our stay. We reported it to the host, but there was no reaction. When we insisted, they answered that things can get broken and that one cannot predict when this will happen. The host mentioned a possible „refund“ for this problem, but it did finally not materialize. „Valentina“ seems to be an anonymous company. We communicated on WhatsApp with a certain „Paolo“ and when requesting help from „Valentina“ on the Airbnb-messenger, we did not get any support. To summarize, we felt that there were too many problems for an appartment with this price tag. And the host was not at all helpful in solving them, appart from the issue with the WiFi-connection. We would hesitate to book again with „Valentina“, or whoever is behind this profile.
