lovely quiet rural area with on-site private parking right next to accommodation. used this as a place to get awa during the chaos of Christmas and fit the bill. didn't explore the surroundings too much, but there were los of recommendations in the accommodaton of places to visit and activities to do. Great pet-friendly countryside escape.

Very friendly and helpful owners live next door. A good location for exploring Kent and SE England. We were extremely lucky with the weather and were able to use the garden area to sit outside. Excellent location for anyone wanting to take a small dog (we don’t have one) but the property is very pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Second visit this year, even better than the first (unbelievably) Hosts are amazing but not intrusive. We will be returning to our oasis of calm amongst lovely people including in the ‘Chequers’ pub! Louis our Cockapoo thinks it’s his second home! Thank you! Helen, Sam & Louis xxx

Lovely studio accommodation with everything you need in a beautiful setting. Very very comfy bed - had such good sleeps. Louis our Cockapoo loved ‘his’ courtyard and became acquainted with new sounds being a towny dog - horse, cock-a-doodle & lots of different birds. We felt very welcome & would recommend to friends. Beautiful retreat after emotional visits to see Mum in a care home. Also cannot fail to mention The Chequers pub - super friendly, dogs very welcome and fab food. Thank you Ditsy’s Den x
