This house is only used as a holiday home and it's fit for purpose. Free of clutter, clean, private, in a safe tourist area and packed with everything you need to have a good time. Every year we get return visitors because guests have the most amazing holidays here. It has 3 bedrooms (all with own air cons) that sleep 10 comfortably, 2 bathrooms, a huge open plan living space opening out on to a stunning entertaining area overlooking a huge 11 metre lap pool surrounded by palm trees. It's got a very relaxed Balinese vibe. Great Wifi and everything you need to have an amazing stay in your own holiday home away from home. We want you to feel completely comfortable so you can just luxuriate in the reliably stunning Broome weather while the kids have fun in the pool. There is a large undercover carport that fits a full size caravan (8mt x 4mt) so if you have guests joining you in a caravan or camper trailer they can park safely beside the house. (As mentioned this is the safest real estate in Broome.) We can easily fit 2 camper trailers or more. Just ask and we can give you the full dimensions. A baby gate can be installed on the stairs to make it toddler safe. There is also a porta cot, high chair and a beach wagon to be able to pull your beach kit (or kids) easily through the park to the beach. There are lots of kids books, toys and floaties for the pool so you don't need to lug loads of kids stuff with you. We have a 4 in 1 fun table - Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong and even Beer Pong! Hours of fun and it's easy to change activities. The beach is a nice 10 minute stroll through the park (search Gorgon Place to get an idea of distance.) The part of Cable Beach where our house is located is where all of the action is! You can rent sun lounges, umbrellas, surfboards and there's also a choice of restaurants and pubs to eat at or have a drink and watch the sunset from. It's also where the world famous Camel Tours leave from so you will often walk alongside the camels as you make your way down to the beach. Our house backs on to Sunset Park where the kids can play on the swings and you can walk your dog without having to cross any roads. Surrounded by exclusive properties and resorts, this really is the best location to stay in all of Broome. Nice, safe, friendly neighbours, buzzing with action and walking distance to everything including the General Store and Divers bottle-shop. A car is needed to get to the larger supermarkets in town and to get to the big attractions but you can get by walking or scooting to restaurants, bars, beaches and the local shops in Sunset Park. Sunset Car Rentals are a 7 minute walk away so if you need to rent a car, scooters or bikes you can easily walk and pick them up there. Beam Scooters are all over this area as this is where everyone comes to grab a bite. So jump on one of those and go exploring.
