just wrote a review tied to the first week of this trip, and this week was just an extension of the previous week; the app wasn’t letting me or the host extend it. not going to double up on the full review, but if this says anything - i extended my stay here by a week! and may book it again if/when i’m back. my pup and i are frequent travelers (mostly airbnb-ers, motel-stayers, crashers at friends’ places), and this place was exactly what we needed these last couple of weeks.

This spot was great for my dog and me - we were visiting Nashville while looking for homes, and this condo allowed us to see the neighborhood we are considering and everything around it. It’s close to the main parts of East Nashville and (truly) a short drive/ride from downtown, from Opryland, from Germantown and West Nashville. The good: Entry was flexible and easy. Dedicated parking spot made things easy as well. Bed is huge and comfy. Shower water pressure is great - an underrated part of reviews, but that’s so important to me. Kitchen has the basics, but if you’re planning to cook, there’s a grocery store and Walgreens just across the street. Also one of the best priced gas stations. Washer + dryer in unit - necessary for longer stays. The bad: this unit faces a big road and is right next to a pawn shop and an overpass, and you may encounter some sketchy people. With that said, I still felt safe enough to walk my dog at night. You just have to be aware of your surroundings.

Place was very clean & had everything we needed. Fan in the bedroom was wonderful for blocking out the street & train noise. Will definitely stay again!

The stay was peaceful and clean very convenient close to stores didn’t have to travel far just wasn’t as spacious as I thought but that’s my misunderstanding everything they provided was great
