A great location and price for proximity to the town and lifts for skiing. Had a lovely balcony which faced the sun and ideal after a big day of skiing.

We got another appartment in the complex which had a more wide view from the balcony. Christian is a very warm host. The appartment has all the essentials you need! The location is perfect, quiet but within 5 mins walking you’re in Kaprun.
