We had a great time here! Felt like a home away from home. Being able to walk across the road and have private lake access and a little beach was just perfect. We cooked a lot at home and the kitchen was fully stocked. Clean and cozy.

Quiet and secluded neighborhood. Had all amenities you could want/need. Diana was very responsive and helpful. Only downsides were that there was only one bathroom (on the main floor, none upstairs with the bedrooms) … which was made very clear in the listing.

We really enjoyed our stay here, Diana was always very responsive and friendly, and even allowed a later checkout due to our flight delay. The house was just as described and the lake was stunningly beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the entire space, the AC, the firepit, the water floats, the beautiful surroundings, the ducks and the chipmunks. Our older nephew also enjoyed having his own space in the bungalow. A great time was had by all of us, and I would highly recommend this house to anyone! A+++

My family of 5 had a great stay at Diana’s gem of a spot. You can’t get better than being steps away from beautiful, peaceful Sebago Lake. The water is some of the best lake water to swim in. The house was spacious, well equipped, clean, and best of all…amazing location. Diana was a great host with clear communication and even let us check in a few hours before the standard check in time. Perfect getaway to relax but also nice to be close proximity to Windham and Portland if you want to venture out for a night on the town. Highly recommend Diana’s place!
