This is a gem in Folly Beach! Perfect location as it is in walking distance to restaurants, the beach and bars. The place was adorably decorated and the beds were comfortable. It fit 6 of us comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need and all the TVs have a fire stick for entertainment. There is a covered patio and an upstairs deck, we didn’t use it as much as we were out most of the time but it was a nice added feature. I cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were so responsive if we ever needed anything and had clear instructions which is always helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Highly recommend this house! The location is so convenient - within walking distance of the main street and good restaurants/coffee shops and an easy stroll to the beach - and still pleasantly quiet. The house was as described with a beautiful kitchen and great space for groups/families. There are generous amenities that made it easy for a beach set up. The outdoor shower is a plus! The hosts were communicative and clear! They were helpful and responsive to questions leading up to the trip.

Our stay at the Heart of Folly was great! The hosts were super responsive to all of our questions and gave great recommendations for things in the area. The location was top-notch! We walked to the pier, the beach, the restaurants and shops. Our teen boys loved the spiral staircase and their own sleeping area on the second floor. Overall, we had a great stay!

This stay was everything we needed and more. The location is perfect - walking distance to everything in Folly Beach, plus the beautiful interior and exterior are amazing! Cody accommodated every request we had and were extremely responsive. Check in was super easy and everything was clean. I highly recommend and would stay again next time I’m in Folly Beach!
