Very nice quiet unit and well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, couch and nice bathroom and large shower. The ac thermastat does not appear to be controlled by us as it stayed very cold no matter what temperature we put it at. We notified front desk and then it wasn't as cold and we left door open to let in any warm air if needed. We were in the ocean and beaches all day so it wasn't a big deal. Our building had a little trouble with hot vs luke showers. Again, we didn't feel the need to reach out to Mike as the front desk was very helpful and everyone very helpful & friendly. Very nice resort. Mike (Koala's team) always communicated in a timely manner and answered any and all questions! Would easily rent a unit through this company again!!!!!

Going through Mike to book our stay at Margaritaville was an excellent choice. Great rates, communication, and the resort was fantastic!

Amazing stay‼️🔥 Looks even better in person . Would highly recommend. Location was great, Steps away from a breath taking beach. Friendly ppl, quiet at night. Clean BNB overall .10 Stars

We had an amazing stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and Mike & his team were very responsive with any questions as well as giving me plenty of notice and instructions for check in. The property was beautiful and had so much to do there was days we didn’t leave the property. 10 out of 10 would recommend and would be back again!!
