This is a very special property. The beautiful design and meticulous detailing in construction make it a great place to stay. Our family of 4 plus puppy had a great couple of days here. An excellent place to unwind and a good base to explore the local area. There is a large lawn area for games and pets, with some established bush on the boundary containing a great little track. All the host's additions are as you would expect for the price - beautiful linen, handmade crockery, decent pantry, well equipped kitchen. It is on a local road (speed limit 100km/h) but there is an embankment to lessen the sound of occasional passing car. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay here.

We had a fabulous 6 night stay at Liptrap Loft. I have been following on socials for a while and this was what I decided I wanted for my birthday and it was honestly the best. Peaceful, beautiful surrounds and wildlife and a unique stay you won’t soon forget. Fleur is an amazing host and has everything thought out from instructions to handy local guides of the region. Honestly cannot recommend enough. 🩷🩷🩷🐨🐨🐨

Staying at Fleur's house was a really lovely experience. Our family all enjoyed the privacy and rural setting with its super cool outdoor bathhouse (although imagine would be less enjoyable in the winter months). The decor of the house is really unique with lots of quirky and refurbished/rustic elements which were so interesting but it was still modern and updated enough for us all to feel very comfortable (although lack of air con in second bedroom was an issue due to the heatwave we were experiencing). The bed and bed linens were very good. We especially loved the cows who came to poke their heads over the fence at sunset. I would comment that the cost of staying increases with more than two guests so that was something that made the overall price more than we originally banked on. Fleur was an absolute pleasure to deal with and super helpful and informative.

We came here for our honeymoon, it was so peaceful and exactly what we wanted. We went to so many places that were recommended in the guide book that was provided and we felt so relaxed The bath/ shower were amazing and the aircon worked great for those hot days. Wish we stayed longer

My partner and I stayed at Liptrap Loft for 7 (seven) nights. This gave us a unique insight into Liptrap Loft which perhaps shorter stays do not allow for. The great. 1. The general setting was superb. Beautiful surroundings with lovely little animals. Sitting on the grass at sunset was magical. 2. The bath house is glorious. A deep bath and shower and flushing toilet, and the ability to do your *ahem* morning business outside is out-worldly. 3. The living area was spectacular. A huge bed, a well appointed kitchen, a brilliant fireplace and comfortable sofa. Exceptional! The good. 1. Nice beaches close by, world class beaches in Wilsons Prom 1 hr drive away. 2. A well stocked IGA in Tarwin Lower (10km). The unexpected. 1. A main road between two towns run right past the property. Was it distracting?: No. Did we hear road traffic?: At times. Could we see traffic, and could they see us?: No. Is it something that someone booking this property should be worried about?: Absolutely not.
