Stayed at the apartment for 10 days with my family. This could have been a quite nice place to stay, but it wasn`t. The apartment needs a lot of repairs an improvements. There is a lot of noise from a construction site thats next door to the apartment. Most of the time we couldnt use the terasse because of this and had to have the doors and windows closed. The apartment is not within walking distance of anything, so having a car is essential for staying here. The advised adress for the location leads to a road on the other side of the building complex - a 5-6 minute drive from where the apartment is actually located. Our host was 25 minutes delayed upon checkin. Not a big deal, but annoying when you arrive with a tired and hungry 3-year old child after an 11-hour journey to get there. On the plus side - The bedrooms and living room have a nice size and the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom and kitchen is really small and old.

Die Unterkunft war toll, auch die riesige Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr netter Empfang, die Küche war voll ausgestattet, Wohnzimmer und alles perfekt. Das gemütlichste war der kleine Erker, der am Morgen von Sonnenlicht durchflutet wird. Ein paar negative Anmerkungen: In fast jedem Zimmer gibt es Kameras - verständlich, wenn nicht immer jemand dort wohnt, aber es irritiert, wenn man nicht weiß, ob sie aktiv sind. Des weiteren ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig, weswegen man die Großbaustelle in der Nähe, auf der sehr laut ab morgens gearbeitet wird, und manche Nachbarn klar hören kann.. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns selbst obwohl wir zur off-season im Januar hier blieben sehr wohl gefühlt.

Апартаменты сильно отличаются от фотографий. Мебель на кухне требует ремонта, санузел не ухожен, есть плесень. Мягкая мебель грязная. Рядом идет стройка, с 8 утра очень шумно.

To start with the good sides, the flat was very big and bright as described, the living room and terrace were great spaces to live. Location is good as is 5 minutes drive from all Marbella amenities but you need a car otherwise there’s nothing on a walking distance. Unfortunately the big issue was the cleaning of the overall entire property was not adequate at all, lots of stains all over the sofas (indoor and outdoor), stained carpet, glasses and cups were stained and one has crumbles in it. All towels provided were fine, one was left in the washing machine showing again very poor care housekeeping. There is just 1 bathroom and the shower although very big, gets easily overflowed so extra care is to be taken. Electric roller shutter in the living room wasn’t working. It’s a shame the poor cleaning conditions we found as the property itself is very nice but overall we felt completely disrespectful for paying clients having nobody to check that the housekeeping was in such situation.
