The property offers an excellent level of comfort, style and convenience and has been kitted out for modern living with a bright modern self catering kitchen, two communal Wet Rooms serving the six bedrooms, sociable dining area with Smart TV including Netflix subscription and a great outdoor decked Terrace for socialising, dining or enjoying a crisp glass of wine as the sun goes down. Accommodation, facilities and amenities are laid out over 3 floors and so may be less suitable for the elderly, those with limited mobility or young children. Our dining area has limited space so may not be suitable for comprehensive dining at full occupation. There is however more space for alfresco dining on the terrace. Events and parties are not permitted at the property and noise restrictions strictly apply after 10:30pm. Use of garden area is not permitted after 10:30pm.
