This place was super cute, plenty of space and very clean. There was also plenty of toiletries and it was in a great location. We would definitely stay again. I had a couple quick questions for the host and she responded right away.

Host was extremely helpful and responsive. The unit is accurate to the photos and a pretty comfortable setup. Any quirks in regard to layout and setup are really because it is a residential apartment in an old historic building. It think it adds to the charm. Would stay again!

Negatives first which led to 4 stars. The pictures in the listing are representative of the unit, modern and updated, however the building is very old and needs some aesthetic maintenance. My first impression upon arrival into the parking lot and approaching the door to the unit, was not a good one. Once inside the unit is mostly as depicted, updated, modern, and very clean. It is a very old building with floors sloping throughout and thin ceilings allowing voices from the unit above through. An hour into our stay water is pouring through the master BR ceiling onto one of the beds. I ran to the unit upstairs to see if they overflowed the tub but they did not. I notified the owners who contacted maintenance. The water eventually stopped and maintenance came and cut a hole in the ceiling the next day. The bedrooms were extremely warm with thermostat on 60 deg. That's the bad. What was great, location, cleanliness, communication, everything else. I would gladly rebook at Christine's!

Really cozy old mill style place with comfortable beds and a working fireplace. Location is amazing! Walk to fun restaurants and shops literally across the street and 3 minute drive to okemo. 100% would stay here again!

Great spot right on the main road in Ludlow. Love that dogs are allowed! Living area was huge plus three bedrooms. Bunk beds are definitely best for kids.
