The property was everything we could've asked for in a amazing wonderful area. Hosts were extremely accommodating and was super nice and friendly as well. Great stay! We loved everything about our visit. Everything was very clean and nice. It was extremely convenient to have everything provided. The breakfast foods provided were great we enjoyed the fresh eggs that was a nice touch. Also I was surprise that the ducks and chickens wasn’t loud. I looked forward to stay there again in the future. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect place. Beautiful apartment in a nice area. They gave us eggs milk cereal and of course coffee. Definitely recommend this place

It suited my needs as a medical student there for a month-long rotation with an in unit dryer and dishwasher, with a kitchen. Having access to fresh milk and eggs was a nice touch! I do think it is very overpriced for the area, and for the dampness of the bathroom that would set off water alarms late at night, or the unavoidable noise of their kiddos upstairs and the ringing of the doorbell most evenings, I could not say this place provided a relaxing wind-down environment during my stressful rotation. Due to it being a basement apartment, it is generally cold and damp during the AC months. Otherwise an ok stay, and I would not recommend it as cost effective for longer stays, traveling nurses, med students, etc. You're better off looking in Nashua or Hollis for cheaper.
