The location is great and if all the amenities were usable, it would be worth the high cost. However, this was not the case the week we were there. One of the en suite bathrooms had significant pooling of water between the tiles. Grout was floating. Mold was growing and the smell was unbearable. We contacted the property manager the day we arrived who denied knowing anything about it, did not come to inspect, and did not offer any assistance. While we were there, a new toilet and pallets of tile were delivered consistent with prior knowledge of the significant problem. We were a large group, and of course, counted on having three master en suite rooms and instead needed to clean up the water, the flies, the smell and quarantine off the room. As we booked months ahead of time, we should have been apprised of the fact that we were not getting the sleeping arrangements as described.

We had the most amazing few days at this property! We had traveled down for our son's wedding on Kent Island, and a number of friends and relatives came by to say hi coming and going from the festivities, and all were amazed at the view, the family friendly setup, the beautiful sunsets, and even more gorgeous views of the sun rising and lighting first the far shore and Bay Bridge. The house had everything we could want, it was all easy to find (thanks to a thoughtful system of labels), and all the stores we could want were just five minutes away, while the house was isolated in the most tranquil setting imaginable. Adding the easy trip to Annapolis made it the perfect property in a beautiful location! Would recommend highly!

We had a fantastic stay at Eastern Shore. It was inviting, peaceful, and conducive to spending quality time with friends and family. Definitely consider this place for your Chesapeake Bay Area adventures!

A wonderful stay for our group of 14 adults. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space for all, and AMAZING views of the water and sunsets which were much appreciate. Great recreation opportunities with the pool and game room-- something for everyone. Beautiful kitchen and living spaces as well for gathering, including large windows to take in the views. All around great experience.
