The host is very friendly and helpful. hause is clean and has got all what is needed. it is located in private gated community. has got WiFi connection.

Butuhan is a gewt guy, down to earth very friendly and helpful. I felt as though I was staying at a old friends house more than being hosted which makes for alot better experience! We got along very well, shared some common ground, and his English is good considering I'm a native English London slang speaker he understood me well. I would recommend his place, it's quiet and peaceful with a lovely view. All the best my friend

My stay with Batuhan in Izmit was perfect.. He’s very decent, friendly and accommodating.. His place is very clean, well equipped and close to public transports. I would love to stay here again if required. Batuhan, thank you so much for everything.. cheers mate!
