Tolles Haus mit Bergblick. Top Standort für viele Ausflugsziele. Küche modern ausgestattet. Badezimmer modern und groß und zu genüge. Toller Kamin auch wenn nicht genutzt im Sommer. Weber Grill auf der Terrasse. Miele Kühlschrank usw. rund um wie zuhause. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wären Fliegengitter. Da es keine Klima im Haus gibt und es abends recht warm war, kamen beim öffnen der Fenster nachts die Moskitos rein. Was am Waldgebiet normal ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf nächstes mal .

Wir waren mit 8 Personen und einem Hund eine Woche im Chalet. Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet, gemütlich und geräumig. Ein Abfluss war verstopft- das wurde sofort behoben., die Kommunikation war super. Der Ort ist ziemlich langweilig, dennoch gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzeria und einen Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Das Einzige, was uns gestört hat: im Gebälk scheinen Holzwürmer zu sein, es sind überall die „nagenden“ Geräusche zu hören… Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank!

We had a wonderful stay at Tatiana's villa in Leutasch. We felt right at home from the first minute in a beautifully built house which was also clean, cozy and equipped and furnished to a very high standard in every single room. We were a party of 8 people and the house felt very comfortable and spacious. The setting is lovely, with great views of the mountains surrounding Leutasch and access to some nice woods to walk in just in front of the house. A car is highly recommended to allow you to explore the area freely - e.g. Seefeld is about 15 minute drive - although I did notice a regular bus service too. Thank you for a great experience, we highly recommend this property!

One of the best apartments I have lived in Europe, a beautiful and cool area in the summer, close to several tourist areas, the apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with all cooking requirements, the place is tidy and clean, the general atmosphere is very beautiful, I will definitely return to it, i hope the host get what’s up chat to make communication easy.
