Loved the cozy little cabin. Gov. Todd and Kristy are very friendly and down to earth, glad we had the opportunity to meet them. This place is so peaceful and relaxing, you dont want to leave. This was my second visit to the Sugar Shack. As always, it did not disappoint andI always hate to see it end. The creek and being surrounded by nature is so peaceful and relaxing. Watching the yellow butterflies dance up and down the creek was magical. The cabin was very clean and the personal touches made it feel like home. I recommend this place if you’re looking to get away from all the noise that life can bring. You won’t regret it. I can’t wait to return.

This little cabin in the woods was so adorable!Listening to the water right outside the door was the best part. It is very rustic and definitely accurately described. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. It’s nice to find a place so welcoming to dogs. They even left a couple of dog treats for them in the snack basket

Love the spot the cabin was in. The creek was fun to explore. The cabin itself is nice. Perfect size for a couple get away. Not quite how I would decorate it but that didn’t really matter to me. We didn’t cook there so I can’t say much about the kitchen amenities. We did enjoy our time. Loved sitting outside listening to the creek.
