Incredible apartment located in the historic 5th district between Kálvin and Ferenciek square. The apartment's renovation was completed in 2021 and has been planned and executed to make every stay super comfortable. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful lounge and dining area are there for your comfort. We have equipped the apartment with air conditioning in every bedroom, have the fastest possible internet and everything else to make your stay perfect! Two bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and one bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. Every bedroom has electric shutters to make the room completely dark if needed, we have equipped the rooms with mosquito nets as well, which can be open or closed to make sure no bugs are disturbing your stay. The apartment is located in a beautiful building on Kecskeméti utca, and it is on the top floor of the building so has a lot of natural lights coming into the apartment, of course there is an elevator to come upstairs so no need to walk any stairs. The high ceilings and the careful restoration of each window and antique door of the apartment gave back the old charm and beauty of this amazing property. We used classical wallpapers to make the rooms cosy and unique and the living room's wall with the peacocks is something to see and our guests love to take pictures in front of it. There are 2 bathrooms to use for the guests, one is an ensuite bathroom opening from one of the bedroom, the other one is accessible for the other 2 bedrooms and each of them are equipped with a toilet and a walk in shower, sink. The kitchen has the washing machine, the dishwasher and everything else if you need to cook or store your food while you are there.

Tilattu kuljetus kentältä ja takaisin toimi hyvin. Majapaikka oli juuri kuten kuvissa näytti eli hyvältä siistiltä ja tilavalta. Parveke puuttui, mutta eipä tarvinnutkaan. Sijainti oli ihan loistava ja opastus asunnossa oli erittäin kattava ja opastettiin tosi hyvin mihin kannattaa mennä lapsenlapsen kanssa. Erittäin positiivinen kokemus kaiken kaikkiaan.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Nicely decorated and very clean. We loved the little details in the apartment and everything is well kept. A big advantage were the automatic blinds in every bedroom. Perfect location: within walking distance of all the sightseeing. The only area for improvement is the bedding: pillows are small and hard and the duvet is somewhat short. Tip: try sourdough bakery Nor/ma next to the apartment: the best breakfast!

The apartment is located in Belváros "Inner City" part of Budapest, which is in the 5th district. The most central part of Budapest, which is situated on the east bank of the river Danube from the Chain Bridge down south to the Central Market. It used to be the oldest, fortified part of Pest, so surrounded by the old city wall from one side and the Danube from the other side, the line of the old city walls (now runs mostly inside of buildings), which is the Small Boulevard; its sections are Károly körút (Charles Boulevard), Múzeum körút (Museum Boulevard) and Vámház körút (Vámház Boulevard).
It is a very elegant and beautiful part of Budapest, has a lot of pedestrian areas, small parks like Károlyi Kert, Városháza Park, Március 15. tér, Fővám tér, Bástya Park, but mostly consists of narrow streets with big and beautiful old town palaces, typical eclectic Budapest buildings. It has some of the most beautiful squares of the city, like the Ferenciek tere, Egyetem tér, Kammermayer tér, Szervita tér. It is one of the best areas to stay downtown Budapest to enjoy some of the best cafes, restaurants and bars of the city and have easy pedestrian access to everywhere downtown.
The apartment is located between Ferenciek tere (M3) and Kálvin tér (M3 and M4) metro stations, but Astoria (M2) and Fővám tér are within a few minutes walk away as well. The best way to get around the downtown and to visit the sights is by walk we think, as the apartment has a prime location, with easy access to all the sights. We also provide transport from the airport and back to the airport, we have a minibus for that and we are happy to come and pick you up at the airport and bring you there, it makes things easier and smoother.
