A comfortable apartment with Terrace located between Port and Garibaldi Square, at two steps to the Place du Pin, a very lively area but the apartment is always quiet as it is on the courtyard side. Welcome to our Apartment in the Harbor area, Located on the second floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi... This apartment consists in two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and closet, bathroom with shower, separate WC, kitchen open on the living room with TV and access to the terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival. This is a no smoking apartment.

房间周边有很多网红餐厅，位置还算便利。还有面大镜子。房间挺大的，就是靠近路边难免会吵，有很多摩托车经过，如果是睡眠浅的人不推荐入住。
Good apartment, perfect for a family. The location was great. Very near the tram from the airport and the beautiful port but also really easy walk into the old town. Loads of great restaurants nearby. The second bedroom beds are a little on the small size but absolutely fine for children. Really comfy beds, fantastic shower and spacious apartment with all amenities. Nice to get the sun on the balcony in the afternoon too. Unfortunately the road outside was being resurfaced whilst we were there which led to several sleepless nights. We appreciate this was out of control of the owners but a shame we were not made aware of this ahead of time. Resurfaced now so shouldn’t impact anyone else! The bedrooms are the road side so I would expect some traffic noise. Apart from that, really easy check in. Clear directions and very responsive hosts. Secure apartment and would definitely use it again.
Supernöjd med boendet! Nära till allt. Dock lite oljud från gatan in i sovrummen men det är nog svårt att komma undan oavsett vart man bor i centrala Nice. Hade önskar ett bas-utbud av köksvaror såsom salt, peppar, olja etc och lite mer toalettpapper men annars var allting toppen!
The accommodation was spacious and modern. It was in need of a little TLC but otherwise great location and fitted the needs of our family.
un tres beau logement, propre bien éclairé et fonctionnel. Les anicroches, l'étage du haut était en rénovation, bruit continuel (assez bruyant pour enterrer une conversation normale) une journée sur deux entre 9h00 et 15h00 environ. La table de la salle à manger était très instable et le WIFI (ainsi que la télé) a arrêté de fonctionner une journée avant notre départ.(problématique pour enregistrer notre vol de retour).

Apartment is ideally located in the Harbor area, which is one of the most popular districts of Nice. This lively area offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 15 minutes on foot. Walk along the Port and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and go to the last stop. Journey takes only 30 minutes and Port Lympia’s stop is 400m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 400m away on the Harbor.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 10 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Port Lympia.
