We enjoyed our stay. Nick was very responsive and communicated well before and during our arrival. The instructions were clear and we had no problems. There was detailed information inside the property about the home amenities and local recommendations. I liked that the location was close to UO campus, shopping and restaurants.

We were in Eugene for a track and field meet at Hayward and very much enjoyed our stay. Great location, 5 miles away from Hayward and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was cozy, clean and perfect for our family. Nick was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

This Eugene home is in a great location and is a wonderful place to stay! We were amazed and impressed with at all the special touches, Nick's excellent communication, and the warm, inviting feel of the property. We have stayed at many different Air BnB's & VRBO's across the country and while the outside of the home may seem average, they have done an amazing job with the interior to create a lovely and welcoming environment. The backyard was also nicely appointed with a covered outdoor seating area (perfect over the rainy weekend). My husband especially enjoyed the flat top BBQ, so that was a fun bonus for our family. We couldn't get over how impeccable (and clean) each room was, how much thought was put into all the amenities (w/helpful signs) and how well stocked the house was. This home is clean, open and streamlined so you don't feel like you're intruding in someone else's living space. We highly recommend this beautiful home as a 5 star place to stay while visiting Eugene and we especially endorse Nick as a great host. Thank you for being so accommodating!
