This Airbnb has been the worst experience we have had as a family. There was a roach infestation which the owner only told us about on the evening that we were supposed to check in. The water filter was broken which was promised to be fixed but never did. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms upstairs didn’t work as well. The owner did apologize for all the inconveniences but didn’t fix any of the issues during our stay. Because the owner promised to fix the water filter while we were out and about, we didn’t buy water bottle from outside. However, upon returning to the Airbnb, we discovered it was not fixed and we had to run to grocery store late at night to buy water bottles which was very inconvenient. We saw roaches everywhere in the kitchen and it was very upsetting to throw food due to roaches. The owner promised on refunding money partially for one night but didn’t bother calculating the exact amount. Very careless and unempathetic host!
