My family and I stayed for a week in Waikoloa at the villas and we had a wonderful time. Having the two pools and two hot tubs was very helpful and they supplied beach gear, cooler, shopping bags, a lot of towels, extra pillows and blankets, and all of the other amenities that you would like on a Hawaii stay! Small issue at the beginning of our stay but I am very thankful that they worked with us and made sure that we were content! Walking distance to Queens and Kings market and a small hike to the beach! We had a wonderful time and would definitely return and stay with you again. Thank you so much! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is a great location, walkable distance to Kings and Queens shopping as well as to local beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Only downside was that tea kettle smelled like onions so it was impossible to use it. A lot of beach towels and beach chairs were provided but not a lot for snorkeling, we found only two sets of fins and two goggles but no masks. The place is good for six people for sure as it is big enough. Carpet needs a cleaning, stairs had dirty spots. Washing machine needs some ventilation as it seems that at one point it was closed so it has some moldy smell.

A two-bedroom haven with a loft area offering ample space for up to six people to peacefully coexist. Now, let's address the elephant in the room—minor repairs are in order, nothing too calamitous, but enough to tarnish the overall appeal. We're talking about a few loose handles, folks. The kitchen is no culinary palace, but it does the job for basic meals. The beds, on the other hand, are a bright spot in this mixed bag. Unfortunately, the lighting situation is far from ideal, particularly in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Applying makeup? Brace yourself, folks—it's a perilous journey. Bathroom vanity lighting? Bare minimum. The water pressure plays a reluctant game, making it an uphill battle to wash off the remnants of the day. But fear not, dear readers, for salvation lies in the form of reliable Wi-Fi. A speedy connection to save your souls from a Verizon service black hole. In conclusion, this condo is a bit like that eccentric uncle—quirky, imperfect, but ultimately tolerable.

This place is in a gorgeous community. The pool was amazing. This community was very quiet and clean. Parking was not an issue at all.

Our stay was perfect, the apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. We had a great time here and hopefully we will come back again. Communication with the Resortica team was quick and pleasant, they helped with everything.
