We had a great experience. Kern was very responsive and very friendly. The heated pool and pool table was a huge hit with my family. Even though it was chilly outside they were still about to enjoy the pool everyday. There’s an Albertsons about 1/2 a block away. Very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked up. We will definitely be back.

Booked this place for some sunshine and a pool getaway from our snowy weather. Host was very responsive, checked in on us, and even came to the house when we were having some issues with the pool being heated. There were 3 of us and 2 small dogs. The house was huge and could easily fit over 15 people comfortably. The pool was perfect, but we were not able to use the hot tub (we were told it was either/or). There was fire wood for the fire pit, which we enjoyed both evenings. Neighborhood was very safe, close to downtown, walking distance to Albertsons and utep area. Beds were comfy and ac/heat worked great. We utilized the kitchen and also the pool table. We would stay here again. It was a great time!
