Beautiful cottage, gorgeous views. Pheasant and jaggy hairy coos present-neat for us to see. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated in great detail. Just lovely and appears newly renovated. There were a few things that would make this place a grand slam for us…and this may be just personal preference: 1)-sheets and pillow cases are linen (this is just not comfortable to us and I had specifically asked about this prior to leaving home-didn’t get a reply that I’m aware of)-the primary down cover is very heavy and we could not personally adjust the room temperature. I spent between 1 and 2 AM attempting to adjust the thermostat. The next day Jane had her manager adjust it to comfortable level-apparently guests are not allowed to adjust bedroom thermostats, although the guest book says you can-I can’t recall ever staying anywhere we weren’t trusted to adjust room temp to our liking. Minor notes-I would add a simple coffee pot, microwave and TV. To me these are basic amenities.

We had the most perfect time at the cottage. Everything you could ever need for a great stay. The beds were so comfy and such luxurious linen and towels. Perfect place to relax and switch off. Dreamy!
