I'm so happy to met Delphine and stay at her flat. The flat is located very close to the subway and looks really cozy. Anyway, for somebody can be a problem sounds from the subway and room's doors that not closed well, but for me it was totally fine

Delphine is a gracious host and one of the best I have had over the years of being on AirBNB. Easy to reach and always helpful. if you want to feel at home and like you are a real Persian and not just a tourist then you found the right place. I am looking forward to returning to Paris and hopefully get to stay with her again.

Delphine was great at communicating and gave very detailed instructions. While at first glance the neighborhood looks rough, it's really only because of the road construction that has been done. Great access to Metro and Bus, making it easy to get to most touristy spots of Paris in 20-30min. A comfortable bed, the bathroom can be a little cold , but overall great value for the money. I was really only there to sleep, shower, and change.
