The place was peaceful, clean and the neighbors were very friendly. My family and I were able to enjoy a well needed getaway. I highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay on this beautiful lake. No matter what time of day we looked out the windows, walked the dog, or sat on the patio, the lake was always stunning! It's hard to find a place to stay with a 90lb dog, we were grateful to find this enormous and charming lake house. The house had everything we needed. We loved the giant dinning table, you often find places that hold a lot of people but then have very little dining seating so this table was excellent. We were driving from Louisiana and made good time so we accidentally got there about 20 minutes before check-in. I texted Jeremy and he responded immediately that it was ok for us to head inside. On the second to last day, we locked ourselves out of the house, he called me immediately to help us get back inside. Couple of things for the out of towners: The people in Carter Lake and Omaha are so NICE, I can't even express how kind every single interaction we had was. The chubbs grocery store on shown Google is closed don't go!

Very comfortable stay! Everything was in working order and the beds were comfortable and shower pressure was wonderful! I ran in the neighborhood and enjoyed having the walking path right out the back door! The only thing that was lacking was a wine opener, lol. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. We went to some basketball games at the CHI and enjoyed the proximate location of the home to the action. Thanks for having us!

Odor of Dog Urine: The downstairs area reeked of dog urine, particularly near the sofa, making it unbearable to utilize the den or downstairs bedroom. Garbage in Sofa and Cushions: There was garbage within the sofa and cushions, along with underneath requiring a cleaner to come. Even afterward, the area was still unusable due to the stench. TV Malfunction: The TV downstairs was not functional, requiring the assistance of a repairman from Cox, who also complained of the odor. Despite the inconvenience, there was no compensation for us going to purchase a new TV, the gas we used, or for the delivery man. Feces in Bathroom: There were hardened feces in the corner of the downstairs bathroom, on the floor, wall, and toilet brush. Dirty Kitchen Appliances: The refrigerator contained bugs, hair and brown stains inside. The stove had food caked on both inside and out, rendering it unusable until cleaned. The dishwasher fell out of its casing when opened which was a safety hazard.
