Location is wonderful. Close to town but very private and hidden with gorgeous huge oak trees. House is a cool mid century modern. Could use a little updating (baths) but the house it’s self has terrific bones, is very open and spacious with wooded views through all the windows. Large deck areas ideal for gatherings. Very well stocked with paper products etc and if you rent the whole house you’ll have 2 refrigerators which we definitely needed! Our group felt it was perfect for our occasion (after funeral gathering). Loads of compliments on the property. Kevin is very quick to respond to your questions or needs.

We rented this place for our son’s graduation from Purdue. Beautiful house and property with plenty of room and nice outdoor space. Kevin and his wife placed fresh cut flowers around the house, which was a lovely touch as we were hosting a graduation celebration with family and close friends. Great place to relax. Peaceful. About 5 miles from campus.
