The home was in a very peaceful area and on a canal. The house was clean and comfortable. Great game room Was great for eating outside and had a deck off theater bedroomwhich was great for a glass of wine in the evening or coffee in the morning. .

This is a fantastic location to relax and just "go from here". A simple FL home on the canal. The back faces the water to the west and has a nice patio and dock. There's another balcony off the bedroom to relax on. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. There was plenty of water pressure in the shower. I would definitely consider coming back. Thanks Lauren

This was my first time using a AIRBNB. So much better than a motel. The accommodations were great. If I had only one thing that I was not 100% happy with, it would be the water pressure in the upstairs bath shower. I will be using Lauren for my next trip to the Hudson area.

Before you book please click all the way through to the other rules section. There is a third party security deposit, we didn’t find that until after we had already booked. This renter is certified for that I double checked but it did seem like a surprise fee. However, it was a good stay. The canal/dock off the back porch was our favorite part! We had dolphins come by in the morning and and night! Our son loved having the game room! We always pick a place with washer/dryer and that worked no problem. This part of town worked for us because it was between Clearwater and Crystal Spring (go swim with manatees, it’s awesome) and mileage wise it we thought it would be fine…however the traffic and traffic lights make it a very long trip north or south from here. We did find some gems though, Tarpin Spings is not too far south, great Greek food and lots of boat tours available. Also Sam’s beach club just north of the property and the Craft Life Brewery were great spots! You can walk there!
