There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: One king room with en-suite One family room - a double bed and a bunk bed, with an en-suite One double room with en-suite One twin room with en-suite. The gardens surround the property, you have access to all. This includes a substantial games room, play fort and trampoline. The gardens are secure with a gate to the drive and fencing surrounding the property. There are two reception rooms, one large dining space and a big kitchen to entertain guests downstairs. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite and an extra toilet. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: One king room with en-suite One family room - a double bed and a bunk bed, with an en-suite One double room with en-suite One twin room with en-suite. The private gardens surround the property, you have access to all. They are for feith Mhor guests only. This includes a substantial games room, play fort and trampoline. The gardens are secure with a gate to the drive and fencing surrounding the property. If further accommodation is needed, there is Beananach Cottage available. This is connected to the lodge but access is through a separate front door. The cottage sleeps 4 - one king bed and one twin room. The bathroom is on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor. There is a fully equipped galley kitchen with a small dining table and separate lounge area for relaxing.

A slightly mixed review for this house - there are parts of it which are excellent and parts which were slightly disappointing. The house itself is is very spacious and in a beautiful, peaceful location. The grounds are well cared for, and the games room and outdoor play area are excellent. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and several of the en-suites look like they have recently been upgraded to a high standard. Downstairs, there is plenty space in the living and dining areas for a large group (there were 10 of us) to relax/play/eat. The large dining table was a great spot for all getting together to eat, and then play games in the evening. On to the slightly disappointing areas. Although perfectly functional, the kitchen (including appliances, pots/pans etc) and some of the downstairs areas are tired and not as well kept as the bedrooms/bathrooms. With a little bit of TLC and more attention paid to the housekeeping this would certainly have been a 4/5 star property.

A beautiful house in a wonderful setting. Great garden for children. We had a fantastic week there. Stunning scenery and many woodland walks. Would definitely stay again. .

We had a wonderful family holiday at Jessica's lodge. The house was perfect for us all - three generations celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary and a couple of birthdays. The kids loved the play park in the garden and the adults loved the new games room. So much to do and see around the area. It really was a superb week. Thanks you Jessica.

What a place! Beautiful, clean and cozy. The kids loved the grounds (of course) and never wanted to leave the house! Lots of room for all of us! Loved everything about this stay!
