I highly recommend Jonathan's loft. It was very nice and clean, exactly how it was described. The view from the deck was lovely. Jonathan was very nice and always responded in a timely manner. I will definetly be back ! Thank you Jonathan!

You won't find a more unique and tasteful place to stay in New Haven, I"m sure. The place is literally "picture perfect" and Jonathan is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host. The views of the harbor are absolutely wonderful. Definitely will be back.

A delightful surprise only 9 minutes from downtown new haven ! I have been coming to the area for years and had no idea this idyllic marina was so close by. The loft is as described - and even more peaceful than I imagined . Bonus was the excellent nights sleep ! I am actually thinking about changing in the future and staying here instead of downtown (but hope saying so doesn’t cause this place to fill up and become unavailable 😂😍) Jonathan was super responsive for a couple of technical questions I had - and as other reviewers have mentioned, don’t miss the restaurant next door - I live in France and found their lamb roasted with cumin on par with anything I have eaten overseas! all in a friendly, waterfront atmosphere. Lauren and Stacey take good care of the customers.
