This place was overall very pretty! Minor things here and there such as the screen door needing to be fixed an wobbly floor boards on the back porch and needed some yard work, alot of overgrown plants around the house, but the overall stay was really nice, house felt very open and bright! I wouldn’t mind booking again!

First communication was perfect. Host was super responsive and quick. When we first arrived into town we messaged to see about early check in. She tried to make that happened and even though we couldn’t get early check in, we got in a bit after 4. And she communicated quickly. Upon arrival however, the yard is definitely not as kept as the pictures show. For us that’s not a huge deal. But there was a half smoked cigar, and ashes all over the front steps that we had to pick up before we even unlocked the door. Then we couldn’t get into the house because the automatic lock box is loose and we had to tilt it just right to get it to unlock. Not a huge deal, but also didn’t make us feel super safe. Then, as we explored we were amazed at how beautiful the home was. But the floors were not mopped, the shower curtains have orange on them, the dust was thick, we found fake eye lashes in the night stand, the microwave was dirty and so were all the cupboard faces. I had to clean things myself.

The house is spacious and comfy. The hot tub and jacuzzi tub were amazing. The screened in porch is peaceful to relax on. Great neighborhood. Everywhere we went was only 15 minutes away which was convenient. Everything worked as it should. We had no issues and India was a great host.
