Rabaa's house is beautiful and the room we stayed in is cozy and very private, with en-suite bathroom and shower. We had a car and it was very easy to park it in front of the house and driving around. Rabaa is very kind and caring and she cooks amazingly! I would definitely recommend to stay at her house and trying her cuisine !

Staying at Dar Omi was like a breath of fresh air. Truly a home away from home that changed my view of a country I wasn't really enjoying up until my stay here. Beautiful home where you get break bread with her family and friends. A lovely breakfast spread is offered and be sure to also have dinner at her place. Rabaa is a gifted cook and she prepared the best meal I had in Tunisia. She was also helpful in all her recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and where to eat. If I'm ever back in Sousse, this is where I'll stay. Thank you, Rabaa, for your generosity and kindness. Staying at Dar Omi was truly the best part of my visit to Tunisia.

There are few things I can say here because many people already commented all the good things and reasons to stay at Rabaa’s house. She is a great host and I would recommend everyone to stay at her house. I had a very good time!

After roaming the Medina, i walked into about 5 ladies lightly jogging/dancing around the living room and joined on in to the festivities. Rabba was having an exercise class and I found myself learning to count in arabic and french as i suffered through planks hahah. Theres so much I could say..the atmosphere is so peaceful and its right near the mosque, so you hear the beautiful chants throughout the day. Rabbas food is so good that I felt like i couldnt move after eating..i went into a food coma. You will try her dinner and wish she was your mother so you could be fed all the time like that. I cannot tell my grandmama back home that theres someone elses cooking i enjoy more hahaha. The location isnt fully city centered..but very easy to get to the main attractions of Sousse, in fact you will deff. Feel like a local and not just on a touristy vacation..which is a good thing. :)
