I loved Tim’s place! I felt at home immediately and the location for me was perfect with a great yoga studio (yoga connections) in walking distance. Everything else easy to reach, close to Nai Harn beach which is stunning and close to Rawai and Chalong for nice restaurants . For a relaxing health inspired holiday it was perfect. I will definitely go back.

Our stay at the Villa was great, it was just enough spacious for our group of 6friends. Location is also great, 200 meters from the main road so no traffic noise, but close to the shops, bars, massage salons, restaurants etc.. The host was very nice and replied to us super quick about any request. The only think to mention it would be nice to have more sun at the swimming pool, but i guess that depends on the season🙏

Everything is fine, overall we liked everything, the host is great and always available. The house is nice, has everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious, with closets, dressing tables, nightstands, and a bathroom in each bedroom. Bedrooms are equivalent. There is a good washing machine, laundry powder was provided. I like outside area with a table which we used every evening and which is the most popular place in the house. Quiet area, convenient location relative to beaches and the old town. No grill (there is a disposable barbecue (?)), we never used it, although we were really hoping for a grill in the house. No dishwasher. There are two WiFi routers in the house, the internet speed is really good, but the WiFi routers reboot every two hours, which was very annoying. We paid 8200 baht for electricity for the month (7 baht / kWh) for 6 people.

Beautiful clean villa . On a nice quiet road . Tim is a great responsive host. Any problems were rectified quickly.
