This newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment above the garage. Is perfect for those who do not wish to be in the city and want to enjoy the quiet of country living. Only 10 min south from the outskirts of Calgary and less than 15 minutes to Okotoks. This modern 2 bedroom carriage house above the garage is a perfect get away. You will enjoy a view of the city from your private deck, warming up beside your own gas fire-pit and grilling up your favorite food on the bbq. Small dogs considered. This is a 2 bedroom with an open concept kitchen and living room. There is a walk-in shower in the newly renovated bathroom, including a skylight. The washer and dryer is nicely concealed at the top of the stairs with sound proof doors. Access to the unit is from the patio directly to the outside.

Beautiful, newly renovated suite, peaceful property and very welcoming & friendly family. Our stay was really enjoyable. The kids loved playing outside, the chickens and the very friendly dog. Would definately recommend!!
Was a nice location in a peaceful country setting with easy access to everything we needed.
I really enjoyed my stay at Tim’s place. His brother Jon and family who live in the main house looked after everything I needed and made me feel at home. The accommodations are really well decorated and decked out with all the latest appliances. Thanks Tim . Your carriage house is top notch!
We stayed here while waiting for possession of our new home. This Carriage House is beautifully maintained. Great location with a quiet country feel while only being minutes from the city limits. Tim and his family were amazing at making sure we settled in nicely and had everything we needed.
