Mary K mérite amplement son titre de Super Host. L’endroit correspondait parfaitement a nos besoins. Les voisins de l’immeuble étaient gentils et accomodants. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à Daytona.

Area was a bit sketchy but the unit itself was nice and the apartments weren’t ever noisy. My only downside I’d say if you don’t have a vehicle, you’ll need it and Lyft and Uber is pretty pricey in that area. About a block over, I wouldn’t walk after dark

I am disappointed Airbnb wanted to limit my rating comments to what they supplied. MK was a pleasure to work with as she was very attentive to our needs. The place was nicely furnished with furniture celebrating an earlier time. It was a treat. Neighbors within the comunity were friendly and we felt safe. The place was within 10 minutes of a huge pickleball complex. Thanks MK!

First off MK is very nice and very responsive. The downside my experience was the location itself. It is in a pretty sketchy part of town, but the neighbors are all actually very nice. Especially the next door neighbor and the far right side on the ground level. But definitely not somewhere you want to be walking around, especially as a solo female traveler. The bed is not the most comfortable and there is no dishwasher which isn’t a big deal, but just know you will have to do dishes by hand. There is no broom and dust pan, but there is a vacuum., considering it is wood flooring though it would be nice to have handy. The shower also clogs very easily. I had to pull out hair every time I took a shower which was kinda gross especially because it’s not just my own hair. On the bright side regarding the property I went through a hurricane while here and the place held up very well! No damage or flooding at all in the property or neighborhood but just a few blocks down it was pretty bad. It’s a safe little nook. Also was the only building in the neighborhood, actually the whole area that got power back after 2 days. Everyone else was out for at least 5. I believe it is connected to the same power box as the street lights so it was prioritized first, which is nice. So if there happens to be a hurricane while you’re there I think you will be relatively safe. Nothing against MK, I’m very thankful to have stayed here with my dog while working and finding a apartment, but wish I would have been aware it is in a bad part of town. It’s more in Holly Hill, rather than Daytona Beach, and the locals call it Holly Hood for a reason. I don’t know if it’s necessarily worth the price you pay for that area.
