Good place for family with kids

It is a nice property to stay when visiting Seattle. About 20 minutes to downtown. I love it’s a one story building where kids can play around without worrying about stairs. It locates in a quiet neighborhood. It’s pretty dark at the night, but I don’t feel unsafe here. I would recommend this place.

It was easy to check-in and Nhat reached out pretty quickly to make sure we had everything we needed. The coffee machine wasn't working but within the hour the host reached out to ask if they could stop by in the afternoon. The host investigated the coffee machine and quickly brought over a new one. We werenable to enjoy their complimentary coffee! Another nice touch was the welcome sign with my name on it, shampoo/conditioner and bodywash available, and plates/cups/utensils for kids! My 2 yo loved the plates!

This place was great. Nhat was a great host. He was communicative throughout the whole booking process and leading up to our stay. The morning of he sent all pertinent information without me even having to ask. He responded within minutes when I did have questions and was able to make accommodations for my group. I would recommend Nhat and his home to anyone looking in the Seattle area.
