Clean, attractive villa with a great pool. Well-equipped kitchen and gas grill that we utilized every day. The area is not the most appealing but it's only a short taxi ride to better options.

The villa is great and the pool is large. The villa and the rooms were even larger than expected and it is very cozy. The bedrooms are comfortable and you feel like you are at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Even a dishwasher. Pan was very communicative and responded quickly to all questions before we checked in. We were an hour late for our check-in, but Pan was waiting with the whole cleaning team and explained and handed over everything very well. The villa is just a few minutes walk from Khao Takiab Beach (one of the best beaches in Hua Hin). The children and we really enjoyed our stay and would come here again.

great stay. will definitely stay again. pann very good communicator. pool was wonderful. kids really enjoyed it and the spacious house. a/c worked. tv were fine with smart features. kitchen well stocked with supplies such as rice cooker, coffee maker, even gave dishwash soap. the only bad thing was security cameras located toward pool and gate which that was ok. slightly away from hua hin town center but grab is cheap and easy. walkable to a near beach that is super isolated which was nice. you do hear a train every so often but not too noticeable. I would definitely come back again. this town is much better than Bangkok.
