Very clean space, just as described. This is a side by side duplex and you could hear the neighbor's TV, music and barking dog. The host was responsive to our questions.

This is an amazing place to stay, very clean, and conducive. However, the location can be a little tricky. There is a tiny exit that leads to the apartment. Look out for that cus the map always got it wrong.

Very nice place close to everything downtown GR. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the privacy as this is at a dead end road. The only thing I would mention to others is that the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. So if you are someone who has a hard time getting up and down stairs or has to urinate a lot through the night, that might be an issue. Other than that everything was great and would absolutely stay again.

We had a pleasant stay at Philicia’s. It was conveniently located to many walkable establishments and markets. It was privately tucked away and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
