Dikla was a great hostess. The apartment was clean and fully equipped and ready for us when we arrived, even with a home-made cake in the kitchen. We asked for an extra towel and she brought it immediately. A nice seletion of games for kids and families and books to read. Our 4 kids all slept in one room with two beds and two roll-out bed. They loved the swinging chair on the porch.

דירה נקיה, נעימה ומפנקת, מעוצבת בטוב טעם ומרחיבה את הלב. הכנסת אורחים חמה ולבבית של דקלה. מעולה לנופש משפחתי - גם להורים וגם לילדים. אוירה וחוויה מיוחדת ממש. מומלץ בחום!

Pros: very friendly host, quiet neighborhood, artistic decor and a very yummy cake. In fact, we like the host. Cons (actually there is only one con): although the neighborhood is quiet, the flat is at the lowest level of the building complex, and the ceiling and walls are not sound-proof. So we can hear clearly people talking, kids running, items dropping, etc. every night. Also, hosts seem to sleep late and get up early. For example, the sounds were loud and frequent enough to prevent me falling sleep before 12:30am (last time I checked my watch) and waking me up around 7am in the first night. I was hoping to sleep at least 8 hours and ended up very tired that day. I should mention that it was very quiet on Shabbat morning though. In sum, if your duration of sleep is short, I think it is a great flat which you will like. But if you are like me who needs long and sound sleep, probably you should think twice.

If you’re wondering whether to stay in Yeruham or where… wonder no more… such an extraordinary place with a magical feel. Dikla was a superb host who went out of her way to make us comfortable, was so flexible with our timing. The space is spotless and the simple and tasteful design reflects the extraordinary desert outside… and cake and popcorn were very appreciated!!!
