A Luxury and breathtaking view apartment in the heart of Brickell. The condo is newly furnished and well-maintained. The apartment has an incredible sunrise view overlooking the sea, pool, and river within walking distance of many great restaurants and high-end shops. Brickell Avenue is a vibrant neighborhood with lively surroundings, top-rated restaurants, bars, high-end shops, and night entertainment, 20 minutes from Miami Beach and 15 minutes from the Airport. The apartment is located on the 46 floors with views to the Bay, skyline, and the pool, making the view from the bedroom and living room spectacular. Guests will have a private balcony to enjoy the Miami atmosphere. The unit is enough for four guests. In the master bedroom, there is a California king-size bed and a walk-in closet. In the living room, there is one sofa bed one folding bed, and a newly renovated spacious bathroom with separate access from the master bedroom and the living room. A work office corner is your extra delicacy to enjoy your family, vacation, Miami atmosphere, and do some work remotely. A washing machine and dryer in the unit and located next to the kitchen. Stylish and cozy dining table in the kitchen. All will be yours.
Samah is a wonderful and a friendly host. The unit was as described and we loved it. Had great views from the window and balcony, had excellent amenities, and in a walkable neighborhood. Even provided free parking nearby which was a bonus as we had a car. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Miami!
The room boasted excellent views and was well-stocked with adequate cleaning and hygiene supplies. The host(Samah)was prompt and professional in her service. The room itself featured a king-sized bed along with two sofa beds. Both the kitchen and bathroom were of excellent quality. Additionally, the location was conveniently walkable to Brickell City Center.
Things we loved were: 1) the view was amazing and the unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. 2) having a place to park our vehicle was a great perk 3) the amenities were very nice - great pool area. 4) absolutely great communication from a 5 star host. We would love to stay here again.
Brickell area is a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with many upscale, luxury condominiums and apartment towers. The Condominium is located in the same building as W hotels at Icon tower 3. In addition, Brickell Avenue, Brickell's central north-south avenue, and along Miami Avenue, home to many popular Miami restaurants, shops, and places of entertainment.
The Name Brickell was named after Will and Mary Brickell. They were one of the earliest families recorded to have established a home and a trading post in the Brickell neighborhood in 1871. The city is busy and vibrant. If you visit for tourism and vacation purposes, don't rent a car. We recommend you to walk around. The advantage of our Unit is it's close to many famous, top-rated restaurants, clubs, financial restrict and high-end shops—all that across the street of icontower, Brickell Avenue.
The area is very diverse and has multiple open kitchens all around the place and a max of 2-10 minutes walking distance.
In addition, the nights are very charming, safe to walk around while enjoying the incurable skyline you would face during your walk.
Groceries are all around the area and within walking distance, such as whole food 8min away, 299 SE 3rd Ave, D market place Brickell 4 minutes away 41 SE 5th St, Miami, The plaza market 7 minutes away 913 Brickell Ave, Miami, and more.
The parking spots are not easy to locate then if you don't need to drive out of the Brickell area and downtown Miami rethink renting a car. We recommend using Uber if you would like to enjoy Miami Beach and spend a day there; it cost around $30 and a drive of 15 minutes.
