Real nice home and location. Clean and comfortable for overnight. But beware of following. 1. No sink in kitchen so if you cook you have to use the sink in the bathroom/laundry for everything. 2. Shower is good but extremely small. I am 5’3” and 150 pound and could barely fit in it. 3.Host used a heavy perfume plug in air freshener which I have allergies to. Since the apt is basement it was difficult to air the place out.

While the place was really nice (great location, comfortable, clean), the walls/ceiling were paper thin. Sounded like they were walking around with bowling balls on their feet and talking through megaphones. Kids and dogs running back and forth and back and forth, also wearing bowling balls for shoes. Dogs barked constantly which really scared our dog. He was so anxious. Thankfully the noise did stop around 10pm but it was horrible, and I’ve had my fair share of living under noisy partying frat boys in college. Definitely not a place to stay if you’re trying to get some peace and quiet, which is a shame because it’s such a beautiful and cute place.

Place was very clean, directions to get inside was easy and straight forward, location was quiet. Solid spot!

Overall, the space was clean and quiet and the short walk to the lake was wonderful. Stayed 4 N/ 3D. If staying more than 2 days, the fridge is not large enough. I have back chronic issues - bed GREAT. The shower pan needs to be replaced - stained with dirt/grime. Throughout the weekend I noticed a smell, seemed to come from under the door upstairs. Possibly marijuana (one of my top disliked smells). Bought a candle, used by the door and it didn’t permeate my space. I used the laundry- the dryer and the lint catch was dirty (A LOT of dog hair and lint). There was some noise (dog, music, banging, etc.) which made it challenging to focus on my training at times- like living in a downstairs apartment. Suggested additions: fire extinguisher; a dresser or place to hang clothes; non-skillet (just pots); extra blanket; sharp large knife, tongs, and scissors. Overall, the stay was okay. + Lake and bed.
