Quiet location and even quiet in home even though it was basement of host’s home. Inviting, comfortable, neat and clean place. Loved having a kitchen to make breakfast. Perfect as our home base for the weekend!

We enjoyed our second stay at Annie’s and it was just as comfortable and enjoyable as the first! Highly recommend. You won’t find a cleaner, more well stocked rental out there.

Hi! I’m Annie! Three years ago my family moved from Denver, Colorado to this thriving small town outside of Kansas City. We wanted to start an Airbnb to provide a new experience for guests to enjoy. About me, I substitute teach when I’m not taking care of the Airbnb. My hubs, 3 daughters and I love our chickens, picking peaches in our orchard. We have tried to create an abode of comfort and relaxation. Everyone is welcome here.
