My parents recently stayed at Unplug and Rewind guesthouse and really enjoyed it! Their host Annette was so kind and welcoming! She had the house stocked with everything they could ask for a 10 day stay over the holidays, such as laundry detergent, pots and pans for cooking Christmas dinner and even those random unexpected items like rubber bands (I don’t remember why they needed one but when you need one you need one!). The location of the guesthouse is beautiful! It’s in a private forested area which gives a very remote feel but yet it is only a 10 minute drive to the freeway and another 10 minutes to shopping and services in Hillsboro and Tanasbourne. The location was perfect for us because it was within walking distance from my son’s house, and as this occasion was to bring the whole family together for Christmas and to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday the guesthouse location was really convenient. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it! Thanks Annette!

We had a great experience at this airbnb! Annette was WONDERFUL. She was very responsive and flexible with all of our needs. The home is on a beautiful and peaceful property which was just what we were looking forward. Annette went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible. The house has details that show how much thought has gone into making it a welcoming place, such as coffee, plenty of movies given that no internet is available, family games, extra toiletries, and snacks! I would definitely recommend this location and hope to be back at some point.

Annette’s home felt just as home. Spotless, free of clutter and matched the photos. Upon arriving, Annette left a hand written note, candy, almonds and 2 apple ciders. Extremely thoughtful! I had asked for some nearby recommendations and Annette hand wrote them! She goes above and beyond! The home was perfect! It was secluded, quiet and clean. Exactly what I was hoping for coming from LA! Instructions were very clear. We also felt it was very close to everything while being far. The washer and dryer were great to have. Mornings where spent outside, enjoying the scenery, listening to birds while sipping coffee. Annette also has 4 coffee cups that she offers for you to take home! Super sweet! I have T-Mobile and my service worked fine. The home was stocked so so well! Bathroom had makeup wipes, tooth brush, floss etc! If Annette’s home is available, rush to book!
